·       Prepare for, create PPT, take Hallam, neuroradiolgist deposition

·       Work on 44 documents

·       2 client meetings

·       1 co-counsel mediation meeting

·       7 firm management meetings

·       36 phone calls

·       1 nationwide plaintiff group meeting

·       1 pretrial conference with Judge Halloway

·       Review and decline 3 intakes

·       Plot and strategize

The defense lawyers who are up against me don’t make the mistake of thinking that I am easing into the sunset over here. They know better.
