Why cities should outlaw ancient mad max duck vehicles

Following the amphibious duck boats fiasco in Seattle 2016, our trial work was able to bankrupt the local Ride the Ducks company. We forced both it and the national manufacturing company in Branson Missouri out of business. https://www.stritmatter.com/results/landmark-trial-seattle-ride-the-ducks-aurora-bridge-disaster/.

But alas. Those amphibious mad max contraptions continue to exist. Each time I see them in Boston, I experience second hand PTSD from representing the 55 survivors and families of those who died in the Seattle crash. And sadly today it happened yet again. https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/multiple-injuries-reported-after-duck-boat-rolls-over-in-boston/ar-AA26HdLf.

Cities should outlaw them. But won’t. Because they feed the local tourist industries.

These archaic hybrids will persist until they disintegrate. Until that day comes dear unsuspecting travelers please take note. The junk you see on the outside. Is even worse on the inside.
